From there you can check a vendor in ahead of the day and record whether they attended.\n\n## Open an event day's vendor list\n\n1. Click **Event Days** in your dashboard's side menu.\n2. Click the event day you want, or click the arrow at the end of its row.\n3. Click **Vendors**.\n\nThis opens **Assigned Vendors**, grouped by booth. Each row shows that vendor's invoice, check-in and attendance.\n\n!!! tip\n    Click the **Vendors** button above the list to switch to **All Vendors (by name)**, which shows every vendor for the day whether or not they have a booth.\n\n## Record whether a vendor attended\n\n1. In the vendor's row, click their status under **Attendance**.\n2. Choose one:\n   - **Attended**\n   - **Approved absence**\n   - **Unapproved absence**\n   - **No show**\n   - **Not recorded**, to clear it\n\nThe change saves right away.\n\n## Check a vendor in\n\nBefore the event day, you can mark whether a vendor has told you they're coming.\n\n1. In the vendor's row, under **Check-in**, click the thumbs-up icon to mark them **Attending**, or the thumbs-down icon for **Not attending**.\n2. Click the **X** next to it to clear a check-in.\n\n!!! note\n    Once the event day has passed, these same icons show **Attended** and **Didn't attend** instead."}
