Set up the fee once on an event, then give each vendor a matching tag to apply it.\n\n## Set up a tag fee\n\n1. Name the tag under **Vendor Tag**, choose an **Action**, and set the **Price**.\n\n   ![A new tag fee row, with Vendor Tag, Action and Price fields and every day checked under Applies to](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/tag-based-vendor-fees/05-new-tag-fee-row.png)\n\n   The **Action** decides how the price is charged:\n\n   - **Add amount price per space** adds it on top of any other booth fees, for each booth.\n   - **Override amount per space** replaces other booth fees with just this price, for each booth.\n   - **Override overall total** replaces the vendor's whole total for the day with this price, however many booths they have.\n\n   Every day of the week is checked under **Applies to** by default. Uncheck a day if the fee should only apply on some days.\n\n6. Repeat for each tag you need. To charge $40 no matter how many booths they have, use **Override overall total** instead.\n\n## Tag a vendor to apply the fee\n\nA vendor only gets the fee once they have the matching tag.\n\n1. Repeat for every vendor that needs the tag.\n\nCheck **Tags** in the filters above your vendor list to see who has which tag.\n\n![The vendor list filtered to full-time and part-time, each vendor showing its tag](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/tag-based-vendor-fees/12-tags-filter.png)\n\nOnce a tagged vendor is assigned a booth in **Scheduler**, the fee is added automatically.
