The same orders show up on **Orders - List** too, with a\n**Pickup** tag.\n\n## Find the day's pickups\n\n1. Click **Online Store** in the left-hand menu.\n2. Each one shows the\ndate and time, the place, how many orders and items there are, and the\ntotal. Open the pickup window the order is in.\n2. So accept an order once you are confident you can\nfulfil it.\n\n## Hand the order over\n\n1. When the customer arrives, open the pickup window their order is in.\n2. It is still there under **Orders - List**.\n\n!!! caution \"This takes the money\"\n    Until you mark it picked up, the customer's card is only held. Marking it\n    picked up completes the payment.\n\n## Decline an order\n\n1. Open the pickup window the order is in.\n2. It also scans the\n    QR code from the customer's order email to bring their order straight up."}
