You can put them into an event yourself and manage\nthem exactly as if they had applied and been accepted.\n\n## Add them\n\n1. Open **Vendors** in the left-hand menu.\n2. Click **Create** in the top right.\n3. Type the email address the vendor is already on file with, and click\n   **Next**.\n4. Choose the event to add them to.\n5. Click **Save & Create**, or **Save & Schedule** to go straight to\n   **Scheduler** and give them a booth.\n\n## Check it worked\n\nBack in **Vendors**, clear the **Not applied** filter and search for the\nvendor. Switch to the **Approved** filter and they are listed there, ready to\nbe given a booth.\n\n!!! note \"No application comes with them\"\n    A vendor added this way has no application for that event, because they\n    never filled one in. If you need their answers to your application\n    questions, ask them to apply instead."}
