You set up a run for a day and a time, add orders to\nit, then work through it marking each one delivered.\n\nOrders you are delivering yourself carry a **Delivery** tag on your dashboard.\n\n## Set up a delivery run\n\n1. Click **Online Store**, then **Orders - Deliveries**.\n2. Click **Create** in the top right.\n3. Set **Delivery on** to the day and start time.\n4. Set **Time window** to how long you are giving the run.\n5. Choose a starting point for the run — this is where distances are\n   measured from, and customers never see it.\n6. Click **Save**.\n\n   ![The Create form, with a start time, a time window and the starting point already chosen](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/managing-deliveries/02-create-form.png)\n\n!!! note \"No starting points listed?\"\n    Add one first. See [Set up your online store](https://articles.marketspread.com/v1/articles/configure-online-sales#delivery).\n\nThe run appears as a card in your list. You can set up as many as you like in\nadvance.\n\n![The Deliveries list, with the run just set up on it](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/managing-deliveries/01-deliveries-list.png)\n\n## Add orders to it\n\n1. Go to **Online Store**, then **Orders - List**, and open an order.\n2. Click **Schedule for delivery**.\n3. Choose a run from the list and click **Select**.\n\n   ![The order's delivery schedules, with the run already set up and Create new schedule below it](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/managing-deliveries/03-schedule-picker.png)\n\nIf none of them fit, click **Create new schedule** instead. If you have no\nruns at all yet, click **Create** to make your first one.\n\nRepeat for each order. To find them quickly, filter the order list by type\n**Delivery** and status **Pending**.\n\n## Do the run\n\nClick the run's card to see its details and every order on it, item by item.\n\nClick **Get Directions** to open the whole run as an optimized route in Google\nMaps. Route planning is included, at no extra cost.\n\n![The run, with the order on it and Get Directions](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/managing-deliveries/04-run-detail.png)\n\nAt each stop, click **Mark delivered**.\n\n![The confirmation before an order is marked delivered and charged](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/managing-deliveries/05-mark-delivered-confirmation.png)\n\n!!! caution \"This takes the money\"\n    Marking an order delivered completes it and charges the customer's card.\n    You are asked to confirm.\n\nWhen the last one is done, the run shows as complete.\n\n!!! tip \"Use the app on the road\"\n    The phone app looks and works the same, and is far easier to use while you\n    are out. There, the button is called **Start Navigation**, and opens your\n    map app directly."}
