That means one booth can cost\nsomething different from the one beside it, and can be priced by the day, the\nweek, the month or the whole event series.\n\nA booth can only be booked for a term you have given it a price for.\n\n## Start a layout\n\n1. Click **Add Layout Template**.\n2. Give the layout a **name**.\n3. Give it a **pricing name**, such as \"Summer Pricing\".\n\nThe two names are separate so you can have the same physical layout twice with\ndifferent prices on it.\n\n## Price a booth\n\n1. Add a booth from the elements at the top left.\n2. Select it and find **Pricing Terms** in the inspector.\n3. Click a term — **Day**, **Week**, **Month** or **Event** — and a price box\n   appears. Fill in the ones you want to offer.\n\nUntick a term to stop the booth being bookable that way.\n\n![The booth inspector on the layout canvas, with Pricing Terms open and the Day price box filled in](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/configuring-booth-fees-with-terms/01-pricing-terms.png)\n\n## Charge different amounts on different days\n\nTurn on the day-of-week toggle and you can price each day separately — $40 on\nweekdays and $50 at weekends, for instance.\n\nWeekly and monthly terms work the same way: every week of the year, or every\nmonth, can have its own price.\n\nThe inspector then shows the price as **varies**, because there is more than\none.\n\n!!! note \"The Event term is a single fee\"\n    It covers the whole run, however long, and produces one invoice. Use it\n    when you want vendors booked for everything at once.\n\n## Add tags for your reports\n\nClick the calendar icon beside a term price, then the tag icon, and add as many\ntags as you like. They land on the invoice when it is created, so you can group\nby them in reports later.\n\n## Copy the settings to other booths\n\nYou do not have to price every booth by hand.\n\n1. Select the booths you want to change.\n2. Click **Sync attributes** in the inspector.\n3. Choose the booth you already set up as the one to sync from.\n4. Tick what to copy — **Size**, **Amenities**, **Attributes**,\n   **Pricing & Types**, **Font Options** or **Design Options**.\n5. Click **Perform sync**.\n\n![Sync attributes, with the checklist of what to copy from the selected booth](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/configuring-booth-fees-with-terms/02-sync-attributes.png)\n\nTo give a few booths their own price, set one of them up, then sync the others\nfrom it with only **Pricing & Types** ticked. Everything else about them stays\nas it was.\n\n## Check and save\n\nClick the eye icon at the bottom right to review the map, then **Save** or\n**Save & Close** at the top right."}
