Releasing every vendor booked on a day in one step is faster than opening each vendor and releasing their invoice separately.\n\n## Release invoices for a day\n\n1. Open **Scheduler**.\n2. Next to the **Select a vendor** dropdown, set the term type to match how vendors are booked for that day — usually **Day**.\n3. Click the column header for the day.\n\n   ![The day's column selected, covering every vendor booked that day — each with the gray square that means no invoice has gone out yet](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/bulk-invoicing-in-scheduler/01-day-column-selected.png)\n4. Right-click the selection and choose **Release all invoice(s)**.\n\n   ![Right-clicking the selected day to release every invoice at once](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/bulk-invoicing-in-scheduler/02-release-all-menu.png)\n5. Under **Set due date**, choose **Keep configured due date** to keep each invoice's own due date. Choose **Specific date** instead to pick one due date for all of them.\n6. Under **Release method**, choose how the invoices are grouped. **Multiple invoices per vendor for selected terms** gives each vendor one invoice per day. **One invoice per vendor for selected terms** combines everything you selected onto one invoice per vendor.\n7. Under **Auto Pay**, choose when to charge vendors. **Perform auto pay now** charges anyone with Auto Pay turned on right away. **Charge when auto pay date occurs** waits for their own auto-pay date.\n\n   ![The release options — due date, release method and Auto Pay — with the button counting how many invoices are about to go out](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/bulk-invoicing-in-scheduler/03-release-all-modal.png)\n8. Click **Release invoice(s)** at the bottom — its label counts how many are about to go out.\n\nEvery vendor booked that day gets their invoice.\n\n   ![The same day's column, with every square now blue for sent but not yet paid](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/bulk-invoicing-in-scheduler/04-day-after-release.png)\n\n!!! note \"What the square in the corner of each booking means\"\n    Gray means no invoice has gone out yet. Blue means one has been sent and is unpaid. Green means it has been paid in full. Red means it is overdue. A clock means the invoice is still a draft, waiting for a scheduled release date.\n\n## Release several days at once\n\n1. Click the column header for the first day.\n2. Hold **Shift** and click another day's header to select every day in between, or hold **Ctrl** (**Cmd** on a Mac) and click a header to add one more day at a time.\n3. Right-click the selection and choose **Release all invoice(s)**.\n\n   ![Several day columns selected, with Release all invoice(s) in the menu](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/bulk-invoicing-in-scheduler/05-multi-day-release-menu.png)\n4. Finish the same way as releasing a single day.\n\nEach day gets its own invoice, so a vendor booked every day ends up with one invoice per day in their Invoices list.\n\n## Find a vendor's invoice afterward\n\n1. Open **Payments**, then **Invoices**.\n2. Click the vendor's name. Their Invoices list shows each invoice's **Due On** and **Balance**, and fills in **Paid On** once they pay.\n\n   ![The vendor's Invoices list, with one invoice for each day released](https://articles.marketspread.com/images/bulk-invoicing-in-scheduler/06-vendor-invoices-list.png)\n\n!!! tip \"Combining several days onto one invoice\"\n    If you meant to send one invoice per vendor instead of one per day, see [Merge invoices for a vendor](https://articles.marketspread.com/v1/articles/how-to-merge-invoices) — it works the same way, from the same release window."}
