You save it as a line item,\nthen drop it onto any invoice without retyping the name or the amount.\n\n## Set up the late fee\n\n1. Give it a **Name**, such as \"Late Fee\".\n4. Turn on **Taxable** if you have to charge tax on it.\n5. Fill in the **Price**.\n6. Click **Add**.\n\nIt now appears in your list of invoice items, ready to use on any invoice.\n\n## Put it on an invoice\n\n1. Open the invoice you want to add it to.\n2. Choose your late fee from the list.\n5. Add it to the invoice.\n6.
